Subject Access Request
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) Right of Access, you can ask for a copy of your personal data that we use and store.
This is commonly known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). You can make a SAR in writing, over the phone or you can submit a request using your online account via secure message.
In order to ensure there are no delays with your request, Please include the following information:
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Address registered on the account
- Account ID if possible
- Please be as specific as possible about what it is you want, for example if you just want copies of all account statements you can tell us that.
To send us a secure message, log into your online account web servicing and select 'Help' in the main menu (if you're on a mobile phone, tap your name to find it). Then scroll down to find the link to Secure messages. Just bear in mind that if you're inactive for too long, we'll automatically sign you out for your security, and your message draft won't be saved.
